Skye Blaine is an award-winning author of memoir and literary fiction. Her poems have been published in a variety of anthologies.

Unleashed, published in 2017, is the first novel of her trilogy. The second novel, Must Like Dogs, came out 2020, and takes place four years later. The third in the series, Passing the Torch, published in 2023 takes place five years later and finishes the series. Zephyr, the Irish wolfhound/Scottish deerhound mix, is a point-of-view character.
